  • Sehr familienfreundliches und nettes Hotel. Die Lage zum Skigebiet Klinovec ist sehr gut, die Verbindung nach Karlbad auch. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, gut und günstig. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.

  • Das Personal könnte durchaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Leider war der Whirlpool defekt, so dass der Wellnessbereich nicht beurteilt werden konnte, da wir ihn nicht benutzten. Es gab auch keinen Preisnachlass dafür, dass gerade eine Attraktion des Wellnessbereichs nicht in Betrieb ist.

  • čistý a útulný hotel. Jedna z recepčních(mladší)příjememné vystupování, ochota - tak jak to má u hotelu být.

  • 1)Whirpool+sauna nejsou v ceně zahrnuty, nikde to tak nebylo prezentováno. 2)Druhá z recepčních (ta starší) - práce jí zřejmně nebaví,což se projevuje v jejím vystupování a dobré reprezentaci hotelu. 3)Snídaně - výborné, jen bych doporučil přidat místo šťávy k snídani džus a nedávat tam každý den jenom párky.4)zapracovat na drobných detailech - sprchová hadice protéká, koberec se zaschlými kaňkami - asui od alkoholu, nic važného.
